Lucky Onion’s Fajita Dinner
Choose one pound of chicken, shrimp, beef, or pork for your dinner. Saute thinly sliced peppers and onions in oil. As vegetables soften, add Zesty Fiesta Dip Mix or Fiery Fiesta Dip Mix (up to 1 Tblspn +/- to your taste). Add sliced meat or shrimp to the pan of vegetables and cook while adding additional Dip Mix (up to 1 Tblspn +/- to your taste). Serve on tortillas with shredded cheese, sour cream and guacamole.

Lucky Onion’s Piccante Bruschetta
In a medium bowl, gently mix one 14.5 oz. can of Petite Diced Tomatoes, 1 Tblspn Olive Oil, and 1.5 Tblspns (+/- to your taste) Angie’s Special Italian Spice Blend. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, allowing flavors to meld. Serve on toasted bread slices.

Lucky Onion’s Italian Dipping Oil
Pour 1 Tblspn of hot water into a saucer and sprinkle Angie’s Special Italian Spice Blend to cover the water completely. Allow the spices to rehydrate for one minute. With a swirling motion, pour approx. 2 Tblspns of quality Olive Oil over the spices. Serve with warm, hearty bread.

Lucky Onion’s Chipotle Fish Spread
Drain one or two cans of tuna and mix (to taste) with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add half a package of Jumpin’ Chipotle Dip Mix to tuna mixture and refrigerate two to four hours before serving. Add more Jumpin’ Chipotle Dip Mix, if desired. 

Lucky Onion’s Buttermilk Dill Dressing
Add Herbaceous Dill Dip Mix to 3/4 of a cup of mayonnaise and 1 1/4 cups of buttermilk. Mix well and refrigerate for two to four hours before serving over salad greens.
